a combination of Wiccan and Red Robin, to create Red Phoenix or something i wanted to use a magical bird, but Phoenix is already taken, but if Robin and Red Robin can exist in the same universe, Phoenix and Red Phoenix can too...? lolidfkwhatever and he has all the detective skills and fighting prowess of Tim Drake, as well as the ttly OP magic powers of Billy.
