these are my first OCs i ever thought up, the blue haird guy's name is Parin, and the blonde one is Hiri. lol i thought them up in middle school, and drew a manga short about them, just some sappy/fluffy boy-love-hinting thing, about two best friends, and then Hiri dies in the end and Parin goes all angry and emo for the rest of his life.
YAY! :D
and then the next year, in 8th grade, i thought up my luci/michael manga... and Hiri and Parin got kinda neglected ;_;
BUT I STILL LOVE THEM.
they hold a piece of my childhood, just like digimon. forever and ever xD

haha the only reason i got this finished at all was 'cause my dad turned off the internet all day yesterday 'cause he's remodeling the basement, and i had no where to distract myself with, OMG BEST IDEA EVER it kept me from procrastinating :iconnotimpressedplz:

for starters, this is adorable! the posing is done very well, the expressions are very accurate. the hilt on the sword is just beautiful, the clothing is very atractive. and your choice of colors could of not of been any better!

now, one thing that i noticed is Hiri's right arm looks a little...twisted. i can't tell if that is his elbow, or the side of it. it should be the side, with the indention of the elbow facin towards his torso, and his elbow on the outside. another thing that i noticed, is that his ankles are a little off (but that's okay, ankles are a b*t*h) and the marker you used for Hiri's skin looks like it's about to give up life (you can tell on his calf muscles) but, if the marker isn't about to die, then you might just want to apply a light layer to even it out.

this, all around i give a 9.5/10

very well done!!!!

Awww, Parin is a lovely man. *dreamy stare at his face...and torso* :drool: YAY FOR YOUR FIRST OCs! LOL I still have never had any, kekeke. :D

I LOVE A GUY WHO LOVES A LITTLE CUTE GUY. :XD:

And OMG, ELFWOOD. Geez that takes me back. I never joined, but there was a time when I had looked at EVERY. ARTIST. PROFILE. On the entire site. Which wasn't impossible then, as it probably is now, but it was not exactly something you could do in one afternoon either.

...I remember...very little. :XD: Oh dear...I think most of Elfwood wasn't terribly exciting then. And I haven't been back in years. XP

when i first joined elfwood it was already waaaaaaaaaay huge, i only really explored the ppl's galleries who were my neighbors xD
