so... now everyone knows that 15-year-old kiki was definitely super lame.

I was spring-cleaning my room a bit ago and came upon ALL SORTS OF INTERESTING STUFFS some of which i have been looking for for the past couple months xD so it was awesome. But one of the things i found was this! a rotoscope animation i made 5 years ago during the summer after 9th grade. i had taken a 2-week long animation class at an art school near me, and made this... thing. as you can tell i had no idea what i was doing BUT IT WAS A FAIRLY GOOD TIME. sorta. animation is not my cup of tea, i dont think i would do it again xD;; it was the old-school way too with the light tables and the hand-drawing-every-transition thing--i definitely got really loopy off of the sharpie fumes.

LMFAO AND THE MUSIC MAKES IT SOUND WAY MORE ANGSTY AND SERIOUS AND RETARDED THAN IT IS, LOLOOOOOL (well... no. it's still retarded)

even tho it's crappy, and i was ttly going through a lame emo phase in my life making the film uber ghey, i figured i would share

the music is an overlapping of me playing kuja's theme from ff9, and some other classical song i knew at the time but dont remember how to play anymore. the school didnt have a piano so we had to make the recording at a restaraunt lounge thing across the street so there were all these ppl talking.

I had so many plans for it in the beginning, it was supposed to be full of random magical floating things and creatures throughout the whole thing, like it is in the beginning... but i ran out of time ;A;

@00:53You know, that WAS pretty cool. And actually more impressive to know that it was done the old fashioned way. I know computer animation isn't too easy either, but there's something about the old way that makes it pretty damn cool.

.....Also. For some reason, that animation reminded me of an 80s music video for the song "Take on me" by Aha. (Ahhh, you may be too young to remember/know what I'm talking about though. u__u' )
