I was born with displaced lenses in both eyes, so my whole life i've been looking through the edge of my lenses, thus light could never be perfectly focused onto my retina, even with glasses my eyesight was at best 20/80, (what i see at 20 feet, normal ppl can see at 80 ft lol orz) and everything was always very glare-y and bright.

so to perfectly correct my vision, i'll have to go through four surgeries, two to remove the lenses from both my eyes, and then two more later to implant new synthetic lenses into the anterior chamber over the iris in the cornea of both eyes.

so last tuesday I got the first surgery done! I got the lens of my right eye removed, and now i'll have to wait six weeks for it to completely heal before i can get the lens implant. FDJALSDFA I'M SO EXCITED TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO SEE WITH PERFECT VISION! omg i'll be able to see all the things normal ppl see, it will be feraking crazy, I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE ALL THE STAAAAAAARRSS AJFasjdfaljdfalfdjaslf i've almost cried a few times i can't believe this is happening

but for now I'm completely blind in my right eye, lol xD so reading takes twice as long, and since my left eye is doing all the work, it gets tired a lot quicker, but IT WILL DEFINITELY BE ALL WORTH IT <3333

drawing is also on hold for a few weeks, but everyone whom i promised a commission to will still definitely get theirs, I''m just letting you guys all know what the hold up is, but I will recover soon with vision 4792172947x's better than before and will thus be able to draw THE MOST AWESOME COMMISSIONS OF ALL TIME cuz i'll finally be able to seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~!!!!!!!! 8DDDDDDDDD''


<sub>ALSO i discovered MAGNIFYING GLASSES GIVE ME EAGLE VISION IN MY RIGHT EYE. its freaking CRAZY. if i hold a magnifying glass up to my left eye or anyone else in my family looks through the magnifying glass at the distance, all they see are blurry shapes that are upside down, but if i look through the magnifying glass with my lensless right eye, it gives me crazy hawk vision, and i can like, see every single pore on a persons' face from 30 ft away, and every strand of arm hair, it's kinda gross. BUT SO FASCINATING have ppl always been so splotchy?

the magnifying glass is my very own magical crystal ball.</sub>

I'm gonna get glasses or a contact for my right eye (i really want a monocle) in about three weeks (I have to wait for my eye to mostly heal first) that will allow me to see in my right eye again, and then three weeks after that I'm getting my second surgery to permanently implant a new lens into my right eye, so i'll let you all know when I get my vision and will get back to drawing

BUT ANYHOOS, ONTO MY LONG BELATED CANADA+LA+SEXYTIEM VACATION JOURNAL. IVE PUTTING THIS OFF WAY TOO LONG CUZ LIFE HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY LIFE CONSUMING_{how rude} AND I'M A LAZY TURD.

AND i also have NO idea where the junk to start, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN JUST SO AMAZING, AAAAAAAAAAAAAGJALSKFJLAKSDFJLASKDFJKLASDF THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS SUMMER IS THE TIME KIKI CONTINUALLY PEE'D HER PANTS ON A DAILY BASIS.

SO IT ALL STARTED ON FINE, WARM SUMMER DAY IN JOOOOOON, our heroes: the Adorable and the Hermit who Never Leaves Her Room were reunited after a year of not seeing eachother, AND IT WAS A GRAND AND GAY AFFAIR! Kiki the Hermit took Michele the Adorable back to her abode where for five days they frolicked, ate jelly beans, watched FMA, and prepared (with pant-peeing excitement) for the adventurous journey of awesome that awaited them.

The Adventure? A journey that would take them to the far and foreign land of CANADA! EGADS! Canada--where they live in igloos and ride polar bears and eat maple syrup every day, but the real reason that was bringing our two heroes to such a magical, foreign land was that CANADA is also the home of our third hero: the Hax0r of Life with Crazy Sexy Witchcraft Drawing Skills.

FIRST our two heroes Kiki and Michele had to face the evil archvillain: AIRPLANE FLIGHT and his evil conniving sidekick: LUGGAGE FEES_{ugh what a douche} which Kiki very promptly lost miserably to, BUT AFTER THREE AND A HALF HOURS THEY MANAGED TO MAKE IT TO THE FOREIGN LAND OF CANADA that is, after the mandatory sidequest--Customs: So You Wanna Be Canadian, Eh? which after successfully completing the heroes were given the rare item Passport Stamp of Acceptance, and suddenly no longer looked like silly Americans. They were let into the country and were allowed to pose as Canadians for the following bunch of weeks C: IT WAS GREAT Kiki felt so transformed.

AND THEN THE GROUND OPENE’D UP AND ATE THE 3RD PERSON VOICE.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH AND THEN WE MET UP WITH ERIN~!!!!! AND OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG AJDFLJASLDFKASJ I still couldn’t believe I was living the dream 8,D Erin then took us back to her Igloo where we spent the next MAGICAL, GLORIOUS, AMAZING DAYS TOGETHER IN A WARM GLOW OF BLISS <3!!!!!! It was so fun, words cant express x//D we went to a couple places via Moose like the Aquarium and the pretty pretty park, and the city, and shopping (FKJASLFKJASLDFKJA I love shoes) but my favourite part was just chillin’ with Erin and Michele and doing last-minute AX crafts together and drawing and getting’ ready for the epic climax of our adventure: ANIME EXPOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF –trumpet noises-

I had no idea it was possible to have so much fun.

We flew into LA and got to our hotel which was a HUGE relief as my thoughts had been plagued with images of cockroaches and mouse holes and mildew and creepy receptionists. BUT IT WAS NICE! Abeit in the ghetto, but definitely comfortably functional
It had two queen size beds, but we were like, SCREW THAT LAMENSS And pushed them together, dismantling two lamps in the way and achieving THE MOST EPIC AND UNNECISSARILLY HUGE MOTHER BED OF ALL.

The next morning was Day 1 of the con, OMG THE GREATNESS IT WAS UPON US, and we got up, took our what-would-become our daily 15 minute walk out of the ghetto to the nearest AX shuttle stop, and went to the Artist Alley early to set up.

ugh, AA was so great, I met so many fun, awesome people! There were a couple gatherings and other events at AX going on that I had thought I had wanted to go to, but I never did cuz I was always having too much in the AA with Erin and Michele and meeting ppl and talking and gawking at gorgeous/amazing costumes as they walked past, ALL THE PEOPLE WERE SO NICE TOO! Everyone was so sweet and adorable, and, baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I made so many new friends, only at cons can you go up to a stranger and have a whole conversation about gay boys in an awesome and nerdy fandom xDDDDD

This Reno ttly came and bought himself from Erin. he freaking made our day. XDDDDDDDD OMGHEWASSOHOT

Day 2 I wore an INCREDIBLY gorgeous and well made Lulu costume borrowed to me by the amazing and talented , IT WAS SO FUN TO WEAR, OMFG. It’s so well made, I felt so purdy x,D

OMG IT WAS SO LAST-MINUTE AND UNEXPECTED, BUT SOME DEAR FRIEND OF SALEM'S (who i am very grateful for xD) WAS GETTING MARRIED IN HUMDRUM WISCONSIN ONLY 40 MINUTES FROM ME, AND SALEM WAS GOING, AND WAAAAAAAAHFKLDJSAFLDKAJ SHE WAS ABLE TO STAY AT MY HOUSE FOR 4 WONDERFUL DAYS OF SNUGGLES HUGS AND LUVINS
