Commission: Arkady and Cecil

Arkady is the arrogant and oftentimes vain spy of the new Consulate order. He's a keen, deceitful individual who keeps his true intentions masked. Unlike most warlocks he appears to have severe limitations on using his abilities. He's known for being a master of shadow and illusions, but rarely engages in physical combat.  Though being the next heir to the Consulate throne, Cecil really has no interest in the position and has spent the last fifty or so odd years hiding out in a small rural village. He is known for having a particularly warm sense of humor though doesn't take lightly to being threatened. Amongst the magick community he is perhaps the only one who seems to hold a certain trust for Arkady, the two having been companions for a short while when Cecil lived at the Consulate as a boy.
